I'm Mackenzie, a horse loving 21 year-old college student just trying to make her way into the equine & portrait photography business.
I have been around horses since I was a toddler, and owned my first pony at age nine. I own two horses, a Hungarian warmblood named Titus & an Appendix Quarter Horse named Goose. I started photographing about five or six years ago with my dad's simple point and shoot camera and have advanced from there!.
I will be a senior at Carroll University in the fall and am majoring in photography and minoring in business. I have dabbled in senior portraits, business portraits, and real estate photography. I also have a side hobby of exploring and photographing abandoned houses. I have been working for a horse show photography business for 3 years and have learned many new photo techniques and have gained experience in the business side of things through it.
Though I am just starting out and may not seem as experienced as others, I can promise I will work hard to provide you with perfect photos, professional service and capture the bond between you and your horse just as well.
